The BEST Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe!
Make your Pumpkin Spice Lattes At Home!
I only like pumpkin spice lattes when I make them at home! This year I’ve perfected my pumpkin spice syrup recipe and i’ve been making pumpkin spice lattes and iced pumpkin spice lattes with pumpkin cream cold foam NON-STOP! I’ve included the recipe for my pumpkin spice syrup plus both a hot an iced pumpkin spice latte!
Pumpkin spice syrup
1 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk together the water, both sugars, and pumpkin puree. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugars are fully dissolved. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
Once the syrup has slightly thickened, remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract until well combined.
Allow the syrup to cool completely. Transfer to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Iced Pumpkin Spice latte with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
For the latte
double shot of espresso
8oz milk of choice
2 tbsp of syrup (more or less to taste)
ice
For the cold foam
1 tbsp of syrup
2 tbsp milk
3tbsp heavy cream
Directions
In a milk frother, combine 1 tablespoon of syrup, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 3 tablespoons of heavy cream. Froth on the cold setting until thick and creamy.
Add 2 tablespoons of syrup to an espresso cup. Brew a double shot of espresso directly over the syrup, then stir to combine.
Fill a glass with ice and your desired amount of milk. Pour in the espresso-syrup mixture, then top with the cold foam. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Pumpkin Spice Latte

1 cup milk of choice
2 tbsp of syrup (more or less to taste)
Directions
Add 1 tablespoon of syrup to an espresso cup. Pull a double shot of espresso directly over the syrup, then stir to combine.
In a milk frother, combine milk with 1 tablespoon of syrup. Froth on the hot setting until creamy.
Pour the espresso into a mug, then top with the frothed milk. Serve warm and enjoy!
