My 22 birthday is tomorrow!! (February 14) and I LOVE a good freebie! Especially now that everything is so expensive lol. And getting something free on your birthday — it’s like all your favourite companies are giving you gifts! So if your birthday is coming up (or you are just planning ahead) than you have come to the right place!

Shopping:

Sephora — choice of birthday gifts all month long with Sephora Beauty Insider account and a $25 purchase. See the list of options here. I opted for the Summer Friday’s set!

The Body Shop — free gift with a Love Your Body Club

Food:

Au Pain Doré — a free small coffee or tea, requires a Au Pain Doré account.

Cobs — free cinnamon roll with purchase. Requires a Cobs account.

Kettlemans — a dozen free bagels with a kettlemans account, offer will be available for four days starting on your birthday (this one is a personal favourite!)

Denny’s — free build your own Grand Slam, offer only valid on your actual birthday with a valid photo ID.

Drink:

Starbucks — free drink of any size with a Starbucks reward membership.
